Most people walk into their first dance class feeling a little unsure. That's completely normal. Our classes are designed to help you build skills step by step, with clear instruction, supportive teachers and a welcoming environment.

You don't need to bring someone with you. In our partner-dance classes, students rotate throughout the class so everyone gets the opportunity to practise.

Only the yellow and pink classes shown below are included.
Yellow classes are your Intro-eligible Latin classes. Pink classes are Intro-eligible Diva classes. Classes requiring previous dance experience are not part of the Intro Offer.
Some classes are not part of the Intro Offer.
These classes build on existing dance technique and are intended for students who already have previous training. They may appear on the regular class schedule, but they are not included with the $39 Intro Offer.

A few things most new students want to know before walking through the door.
Level 1 classes are available 7 days a week, giving you flexibility to fit eligible beginner classes around your schedule during your 14-day Intro period.
Yellow identifies Intro-eligible Latin classes, including Level 1 classes and Body Isolations.
Pink identifies Intro-eligible Diva classes.
Classes requiring previous dance experience — including Men's Styling, Femme Fatale and Heels ON TOP — are not included.
Purchasing the offer does not start the clock. Reserving your first class does not start the clock. Your first attendance does.
After purchasing, your pass may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear in WellnessLiving. If you'd like to attend sooner, bring your order confirmation to reception and we can assist you.
You do not need professional dance shoes for your first class. Specialty classes may have their own footwear recommendations.
During your active 14 days, you can attend multiple Intro-eligible classes shown on the Intro Offer schedule and explore different included dance styles. With Level 1 classes available throughout all 7 days of the week, you have more flexibility to try different classes when your schedule allows.
