San Tropez Takes Toronto
Training, teamwork, competition and a lot to celebrate.

A Proud Weekend for Our Students
San Tropez students brought their training, discipline and team spirit to Toronto for a full weekend of competition, performance, workshops and social dancing.
For their first time competing at a major event, our Student Choreography Team took the floor in Thursday’s Pro-Am Team Competition, then returned to the stage on Friday for a showcase performance.
Across the individual Amateur and Pro-Am heats, San Tropez dancers also earned Top 3 finishes in Merengue, Cha-Cha-Cha, Hustle, Bachata and Salsa.

More Than Medals
Competition weekends are about more than placements. They are a chance to put months of training into practice, perform under pressure, support teammates and learn from dancers outside our regular studio environment.
Our students attended workshops, social danced each night and shared the floor with dancers from different communities. Sonia and Moris also taught a workshop during the weekend, adding another San Tropez contribution to the event.
We are extremely proud of everyone who represented San Tropez. The extra rehearsals, classes, practice and courage it takes to compete all add up. You represented the school beautifully.
