Heels Dance Classes in Montreal
Build confidence, technique and stage presence through walks, lines, musicality, floorwork and choreography — in a supportive downtown Montreal studio.
✓ No partner needed ✓ Beginner options ✓ New choreography every class ✓ Since 1993

Technique first. Confidence follows.
Heels blends elements of jazz, commercial dance, hip-hop and feminine styling. The goal is not simply to wear heels — it is to move with control, clarity and intention.
Walks & posture
Learn weight placement, alignment and clean transitions so you can move confidently and safely.
Lines & musicality
Develop arm pathways, body lines, accents and timing that make movement look intentional.
Floorwork & choreography
Build controlled floor transitions and performance skills progressively rather than rushing the technique.
Every class is a new choreography.
You do not have to wait for the beginning of a long session. Each class teaches a fresh combination, so you can start anytime, explore different styles and keep developing technique through repetition without repeating the exact same choreography.
Start anytime
Choose a class that matches your comfort level and jump in without waiting for a new cycle.
Train without a partner
Focus on your own balance, musicality, expression and movement quality.
Build your vocabulary
Every choreography introduces new textures, transitions and performance ideas.
Choose your energy.
The live schedule is the source of truth. Current highlighted Femme/Heels classes include:
Never danced in heels? Perfect.
You can begin in sneakers while you learn posture, balance and weight transfer. When you are ready for heels, choose a secure dance shoe that supports the ankle and lets the foot articulate. Knee pads are useful for classes that include floorwork.
What to wear
Comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move freely and allows you to see your body lines.
What shoes
Start in sneakers if needed. For heels, prioritize stability and ankle security over height.
What to expect
Warm-up, technique, choreography breakdown, repetition and a chance to perform the combination.

Train for yourself — or take it further.
Some dancers come for confidence and a great workout. Others want performance experience. San Tropez offers a pathway from regular Femme/Heels classes into choreography, concept videos, auditions and performance-team opportunities.
